We have worked with Tiffany Haynes for over a decade and would not consider using anyone else for our real estate needs in the Phoenix area.
When we first looked for a condo as a second home in 2010, a friend of a friend gave us Tiffany’s number. Although we looked at many complexes with her in the greater Phoenix area, we kept coming back to San Simeon, a complex in Ahwatukee. We made a winning offer on a two bedroom, two bath unit. She made purchasing the home very easy, even though we were not in Phoenix at the time of the sale.
A few years later we purchased our second condo through Tiffany and used it as a rental unit. We were both working full time in Colorado, so she managed the rental unit for us for several years. She was able to help by managing our renters, as well as arranging unit repairs, dealing with the HOA, etc.. It was a great working relationship.
In 2021, we decided to sell both our condominium units in Ahwatukee, so of course we called her. We were very surprised when she told us she’d have them sold within the week for more money than we imagined. Sure enough, within one week they were sold for top dollar!
Tiffany is a master negotiator and knows this business inside and out. We plan on using her again in the next couple years when we purchase a single-family home in the area. You can’t go wrong building a relationship with Tiffany Haynes!
